Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing, Fall 2024

Unwind. Relax. Restore. 

Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing are two go-to’s in my arsenal of self care rituals…and I’m excited to share the many benefits of these practices with you on September 7th.  The event is at the cozy yoga studio located within the Rocky River Rec..  

Ambient and soothing music will add to the relaxing ambiance and help your body ease into the session. Our time together begins with centering, pranayama, and grounding.  All of the poses we practice in this style of yoga are done on the floor where you'll be supported by the 3 B's:  Bolsters, blocks, blankets.  The sounds are created by a variety of instruments, including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, other various instruments. The aim is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore self-inquiry.
