COVID-19 COMMITMENT AND POLICIES

We have updated our policies and procedures to align with the CDC and state of Ohio. 

If you are not feeling well, please rebook your appointment!

Following are some new safety measures and protocols of which you should be aware:

• Prepayment for massage is handled prior to the appointment; please consider adding a gratuity to your credit card as we're not accepting cash on site.  

• Upon arrival please wait in our reception area until we are able to greet you. 

• Masks are optional.  Once arrived in the space, we ask that you please wash your hands prior to the service.

• The practitioner may wear a mask as well.  Masks may be required during the service, except when in prone/face down position.

Please refrain from visiting IF

• You or someone in your household has experience symptoms in the last 14 days

• You or someone in your household has traveled outside of the country in the last 14 days  We ask that you refrain from visiting the space for 14 days after being out of the country

• You or someone in your household is under a quarantine order

• Please follow social distancing guidelines and ensure a 6-foot distance outside the service room

• Should you feel unwell or develop any symptoms before your appointment or you are unsure whether to attend your appointment, please call immediately at 216-402-0266 so we can advise you prior to your arrival.
