Movement/Yoga Clas/Workshop Cancellation + Refund Policies

  • All fees are paid in advance.

  • Valid for all on-going class sessions

  • Class packages are good for 6 months from date of purchase; drop in classes are used day of class you registered for. 

  • Class passes are not valid for special practices, workshops, immersions, special events, or retreats 

  • Class packages are non-refundable and are non-transferable.

  • Classes/pricing at MPP Wellness are subject to change. Please continue to check the website for the most current updated schedule.

  • Please consider your availability and the Class Package expiration before choosing the series right for you.

Cancellation & Changes of an Appointment
If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.  A cancellation fee is equal to the value of one session.

How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel an appointment please call 216-402-0266  If you reach the voice-mail please leave a detailed message. If you would like to reschedule your appointment please be sure to leave your phone number and the best time to return your call.

 

Tardiness 

Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. 

 

Sickness 

Yoga/EnergyWork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Important Points to Remember

  • All changes and cancellations must be made at least 24-hours in advance

  • Clients who change or cancel their scheduled appointment at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled time may reschedule their appointment with no incurred fee

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without giving the required 24-hours advance notice will result in either:

1) Forfeiture of the scheduled session time and

2) full payment required for the missed appointment time. 

  • Emergency appointment cancellations and changes are handled on a case-by-case basis

  • Refused or denied credit card charges will incur credit card fees as assessed by MPP Wellness credit card processing company. Bounced checks will incur a $45 fee.  All fees and outstanding balances are due and payable upon receipt.

Refunds for Services Performed

  • No refunds will be given after a service has been performed.

  • No refunds will be given for unused Movement, Yoga, Reiki or Coaching packages nor partially used Movement, Yoga, Reiki or Coaching packages. Package sessions are assigned to and shall be used by one person only. Package sessions shall be valid only for the individual/s the package/s are assigned to at the time of purchase. Package sessions shall not be shared nor transferred to any individual other than the individual/s that the package/s were assigned to at the time of purchase.

 

**Individual and Package sessions become valid at the time of purchase and are valid for up to 6 months after the date of purchase.
