About the Event

Our bodies are a reflection of what’s happening on the outside - when things around feel fast-paced and chaotic, our bodies and minds feel the stress.  

Working with our bodies and breath, we can harness the chaos and move into stillness.  The world starts to feel less chaotic and we feel ourselves move with a sense of ease through life.  

It takes time to slow down…to get present.  In this workshop we will cultivate inner vision through movement drawing from ​yoga, free form guided movement, meditation, art, nature, voice exploration, and journaling.   We will explore ​individually and collectively our ​journey to the self.

About Your Hosts:  Maria Puma Perme, holistic healer and movement facilitator,  has been teaching yoga and movement for over 20 years. She weaves her magic and knowledge of yoga, somatic expression and energy work into her retreats and workshops.  Read more about Maria, here
