About the Event

  • Do you take care of everyone else before taking care of yourself?
  • Do you feel like you are drowning in the day to day of life?

The truth is the majority of us are living on auto pilot. We believe we're being helpful by taking care of others before ourselves.  What ends up happening is we end up feeling frustrated, burnt out, pigeon holed and exhausted from the daily grind, i.e. our lives.  

One reason I created Reset Rewild:  The Summer Detox - a unique holistic approach toward nurturing the mind, body, and spirit for women.  Join me for a half-day retreat at The West Woods, Novelty Ohio.  As you enter the grounds and drive the winding gravel road through the trees,  your senses heighten with the sweet smell of the forest.  The shoulders drop, and you feel the calm of the welcoming woods.   

This retreat is designed to help you hit the reset button on your life. We'll combine powerful healing methods to reconnect the mind, body, and spirit.  Through M'Body'd Movement coaching, we'll connect with the inner wisdom of our intuition and redefine what is most important to you.  We integrate sound, nature and journaling to break free from old patterns that have been keeping you stuck and rewire the nervous system. And we'll move via yoga, dance and meditation to relax, restore and reset all three aspects of our body, mind, and spirit.  You will leave with a renewed sense of self and a mini action plan to create more space to pause, breathe and enjoy your life.
