The class starts off with a guided MBodied movement practice, followed by mindful meditation, and breathwork. Relax and sink in while you sit or lay comfortably listening to soothing sounds from singing bowls, rattle, drums and chimes.  Tune inward and experience the deepest possible state of meditation, relaxation, peace and joy.
