Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing

Restorative Yoga + Sound Healing are two go-to’s in my arsenal of self care rituals…and I’m excited to share the many benefits of these practices with you on Friday March 15th.  The event is back at the cozy Elmwood Cabin in Rocky River Ohio.  

We’ll have a fire in the fireplace to add to the relaxing ambiance and help your body ease into the session.  Our time together begins with centering, pranayama, and grounding.  All of the poses we practice in this style of yoga are done on the floor where you'll be supported by the 3 B's:  Bolsters, blocks, blankets.  Sound healing from crystal and tibetan bowls, chimes, harmonium and other instruments will accompany the session.
